国道36号線沿いに面する建築市甚ビル。
札幌市民であれば1度は目にしているであろうこの建築が株式会社創伸建設の新プロジェクト「再創」によって生まれ変わる。
再創とは建物や土地に込められた想いや歴史を紡ぎ、創り直していく建物の再生事業だ。そんな再生前の建築の姿をフレームに収めた。

This building, which Sapporo residents have likely seen at least once, is being reborn as part of Soshin Construction's new project, "Saiso." "Saiso" is a building restoration project that weaves together the thoughts and history embedded in the building and land, and recreates it.
We have captured the building's appearance before its restoration in a frame.
弊所所有レンズの最小焦点距離は超広角の14mm。
しかし今回は24mmを最小焦点距離とし、あえて超広角での撮影を行わなかった。
人間の目より広いレンジで景色を切り取る広角レンズ。とりわけ不動産業界では現実より広く見せることが正義とされ、広角レンズは重宝される。
しかし、そこに写し出されるのは現実と乖離した偽りの姿。
プロジェクトの本懐を見据え、建築の在りし姿を現実に近い形で記録することに重点を置いた。再生後のインパクトを強調することも見据えた計画的な撮影だ。
The minimum focal length of the lenses we own is an ultra-wide 14mm. However, this time we chose a minimum focal length of 24mm and deliberately did not shoot at an ultra-wide angle.
A wide-angle lens captures a landscape at a wider range than the human eye can see. In the real estate industry in particular, it is considered righteous to make something appear wider than it actually is, so wide-angle lenses are highly valued. However, what is captured there is a false image that is detached from reality. With an eye on the true purpose of the project, we focused on recording the building as it was in a form close to reality.
The shoot was planned with an eye on emphasizing the impact after restoration.
ファサードを明瞭に捉えるため、順光となる午後に撮影は実施。
しかし、国道36号線は札幌市内でも屈指の交通量を誇るため対岸からの外観撮影に難儀した。
ssを調整し、車が途切れる一瞬の隙を捉えるのもまた、腕の見せどころだ。
To capture the façade clearly, the photos were taken in the afternoon when the light was coming from behind the building. However, National Route 36 is one of the busiest roads in Sapporo, so it was difficult to photograph the exterior from the opposite bank.
Adjusting the shutter speed and capturing the brief moment when there was a gap in the traffic was also a test of skill.
建築物を撮影する際、弊所のこだわりでパーツカットを撮影することが多い。
ドア 床 反射 ひび その全てが一期一会の人が過ごした証。
広く撮ることだけが正解ではない。
When photographing buildings, we often take photos of individual parts. The door, the floor, the reflections, the cracks - all of these are evidence that a once-in-a-lifetime encounter took place there.
Taking a wide shot is not the only right answer.
